Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Fiiuno offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian consumer protection regulations.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment
  • This is your first subscription to that plan (not a renewal)
  • Your account has not been terminated for Terms of Service violations

Refund requests after 7 days will not be entertained except in cases of:

  • Technical failure on our end preventing access to paid features
  • Duplicate payment due to a payment gateway error
  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription renewals (after the initial 7-day window)
  • Partial months of service already used
  • One-time add-on purchases
  • Accounts suspended for policy violations

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@fiiuno.in with:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request — [your registered email]"
  • Your registered email address
  • Payment transaction ID or receipt
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We will process your request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the 7-day refund window, you are eligible for a full refund as per Section 2.

After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
