1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fiiuno ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws.

Fiiuno is operated by an individual proprietor based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India — 302001. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Fiiuno and its operator.

2. Description of Service

Fiiuno is an AI-powered personal finance platform that provides:

• Financial Health Score calculation and analysis
• SIP, EMI, CAGR, and other financial calculators
• Insurance IRR and policy analysis tools
• Tax regime comparison and optimization suggestions
• Retirement planning and goal-based investment tools
• AI-powered financial recommendations and insights

All tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only. See Section 5 (Financial Disclaimer) for important limitations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account with others or create accounts for third parties

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our paid services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fiiuno to:

• Violate any applicable Indian or international law or regulation
• Transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent financial information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated bots or scripts to access our services
• Resell or commercially exploit our tools without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Financial Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Fiiuno is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. We are NOT a Registered Financial Planner, Chartered Accountant, or licensed financial intermediary.

All content, calculators, scores, and AI-generated recommendations on Fiiuno are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Investment advice or recommendations to buy/sell any securities
• Tax advice — consult a Chartered Accountant for tax planning
• Insurance advice — consult an IRDAI-licensed insurance advisor
• Legal or financial planning advice

Past performance of any financial instrument mentioned or calculated does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

6. Subscription & Payments

Fiiuno offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, code, designs, logos, and AI models on Fiiuno are owned by or licensed to us and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any financial data you input into our platform. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide you with our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Fiiuno and its operator shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from reliance on our calculators or AI recommendations
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical errors

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Fiiuno shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fiiuno at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Compliance with applicable law

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing us at support@fiiuno.in.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on our platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
